Lebanon says two paramedics among 10 killed in Israeli strikes

At least 10 people, including two paramedics from the Lebanese Civil Defense, were killed in Israeli air strikes in southern Lebanon. The strikes occurred overnight in Kfar Dounine, where six people died, and in Nabatieh, where two paramedics were killed while responding to an earlier attack.
