Thai schools hold active shooter drills after deadly attack

Thai schools held active shooter drills on Wednesday, two weeks after a deadly attack where a 14-year-old killed at least eight people. At Surasamontree School in Bangkok, students participated in a "run, hide, fight" exercise. A police officer, acting as a mock attacker with blank-firing weapons, simulated the scenario. Students practiced fleeing, hiding under furniture, and barricading doors with objects. In one instance, students physically subdued the mock attacker. These drills are part of authorities' efforts to enhance security following the recent tragedy.
