A woman has been found dead in northern Hong Kong with suspected dog bites on her body.Police said they received a report at 4.12pm on Thursday that a woman had been found collapsed outside Ping Yeung San Tsuen in Ta Kwu Ling. She was pronounced dead at the scene.A preliminary examination revealed suspected dog bites on her body, the force added.A source said that the woman, who worked at a canine training centre, suffered wounds to her head, neck and arms, and her death was believed to be related to a dog attack.The suspected animal involved, described as a mongrel, was one of the dogs being trained at the venue, which was said to function as both a training centre and a hotel.A forensic pathologist would need to conduct a further examination to determine the exact cause of death, the insider added.
