Hong Kong, Kazakhstan sign MOU on transport lab, discuss low-altitude economy

Kazakhstan and Hong Kong have signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a transport laboratory. The agreement was made between Kazakhstan's vice-minister of artificial intelligence and digital development, Bakhtiyar Mukhametkaliyev, and Hong Kong's Transport and Logistics Bureau. These discussions took place on the sidelines of the Belt and Road Summit in Hong Kong. Additionally, the two parties explored initiatives related to the low-altitude economy, aiming to address traffic congestion issues. This collaboration signifies a step towards technological advancement and improved urban management between the two regions.
