Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office

A UK police force says it has arrested Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor on suspicion of misconduct in public office.The police force did not name Mountbatten-Windsor, as is normal under UK law.
