4 dead, 11 injured in Taiwan knife attack

On December 20, 2025, a knife and smoke grenade attack in Taipei, Taiwan, resulted in four deaths and eleven injuries. The suspect, 27-year-old Chang Wen, initiated fires and attacked multiple locations. Chang Wen died after falling.
