Everyone should drive carefully,” he said on Saturday.Keung reportedly told police after the crash that he had been reaching for his cap in his car’s rear compartment while the vehicle was in motion, causing it to collide with the railing on the pavement.While the incident resulted in no casualties, both his car and the railing were damaged.Keung added that he had repaired his car, but dared not drive.
