Assistant District Attorney Candace White told jurors the case revolves around power, control, and manipulation, alleging Weinstein abused his position to take what he wanted from the victim. Weinstein has pleaded not guilty, maintaining that all encounters were consensual. The jury, composed of seven men and five women, was selected last week. This retrial follows Weinstein's previous convictions and acquittals on other sexual assault charges in both New York and California.
