Boy planning terrorist acts wanted ‘white supremacist utopia’, Leeds court told

A 16-year-old boy from Northumberland is on trial in Leeds, accused of preparing terrorist acts driven by white supremacist beliefs. Prosecutors allege the boy, who cannot be named, harbored racist and antisemitic views and sought to create a "white supremacist utopia." He is charged with preparing terrorist acts, membership in a proscribed organization, and possession and distribution of terrorist materials. Police found weapons, explosives, and white supremacist paraphernalia during a raid of his home in February of last year. The prosecution argues that the boy's online activity and collected materials demonstrate active preparation for terrorism, including research on local synagogues, and membership in the neo-Nazi group, The Base.
