Janice Tse is the ‘property queen’ of Hong Kong ministers. Here’s what she owns

Janice Tse, Hong Kong's Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, has been identified as the largest property owner among the city's ministers. She declared ownership of 25 properties located in Hong Kong, mainland China, and the UK. Her extensive portfolio includes 23 properties in Hong Kong, comprising 16 residential flats, four commercial properties, and three industrial properties, along with nine parking spaces. Additionally, Tse and her family hold significant shareholdings, exceeding 1 percent, in eight private companies, including two in the food ingredient sector. This makes her the principal official with the most declared shareholdings.
