‘Extremely violent’: 2 teenagers among 4 dead in Belgium after train hits school bus

A train collided with a school bus on a level crossing near Buggenhout, Belgium, on Tuesday, resulting in four fatalities. The victims included two teenagers, the bus driver, and an adult accompanying the pupils. Two other individuals sustained severe injuries in the incident. The accident took place early Tuesday morning at a level crossing close to Buggenhout station, approximately 23 kilometers from Brussels. According to Transport Minister Jean-Luc Crucke, security camera footage indicated that the crossing's security barriers had been lowered at the time of the crash.
