Who is part of Trump’s ‘Board of Peace’ for Gaza?

The Trump administration has unveiled a three-tiered governing structure for Gaza called the "Board of Peace," intended to implement Trump's 20-point plan following the Israel-Gaza conflict. At the top is a US-led "Founding Executive Council" chaired by Trump, with members including Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Special Envoy Steve Witkoff. Bulgarian diplomat Nickolay Mladenov will serve as "High Representative," overseeing the transition from Hamas rule to a Palestinian technocratic administration led by Ali Shaath. A "Gaza Executive Board" will work with Mladenov's office and the Palestinian administration, named the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG). While framed as a reconstruction roadmap, the structure places key decision-making power in the hands of US and pro-Israel figures, raising concerns about Palestinian autonomy.
