Hong Kong Disneyland rolls out afternoon tickets, extra cooling to beat the heat

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort has introduced a new discounted afternoon ticket and enhanced cooling facilities to address summer weather challenges. Starting Thursday, Hong Kong residents can purchase a "Summer Chill" ticket for HK$480, allowing entry from 4 pm. This initiative aims to help guests avoid the hottest parts of the day and periods of heavy rain. In addition to the new ticket option, the park has implemented weather adaptation measures, including the installation of approximately 860 fans, portable air conditioning units, mist cooling systems, and additional shading blinds. These efforts are intended to minimize operational disruptions caused by the summer heat and rain.
