11 Skies is a substantial retail and office complex situated next to Hong Kong International Airport, spanning 3.8 million square feet. Originally slated to open last year, the development, which includes 800 shops and 120 food outlets, has experienced significant delays, with most units remaining vacant and only a fraction of food establishments operational. The Airport Authority has recently taken over the retail and entertainment operations from New World Development. This takeover comes ahead of the planned opening of the airport's second passenger terminal.
