The first, 'Operación Palmeras,' led by the Guardia Civil, dismantled a drug trafficking network implicated in a February shooting. This operation resulted in the arrest of six individuals and the investigation of another, along with the seizure of substantial quantities of hashish, marijuana plants, fuel, boats, and firearms. The second operation, conducted by the Policía Nacional, targeted a network involved in both migrant smuggling and drug trafficking ('petaqueo'). This operation led to 15 arrests, 14 searches across Almería and Granada, and the seizure of seven 'narcolanchas' (go-fast boats).
