Aleppo

Aleppo is a city in northern Syria that has been at the center of the country's civil war since 2011. The city was once the capital of Syria but was captured by rebels in 2012, leading to a devastating conflict that displaced millions of people. Recently, there have been reports of Syrian refugees returning to their homeland, with some estimates suggesting that up to four out of five Syrians may return within three years. However, many Syrians face significant challenges, including discrimination and lack of rights, particularly women who make up over 100,000 of the estimated 150,000-170,000 people affected by the conflict.
