Artist Square Towers (AST)

Artist Square Towers (AST) is a new mixed-use development in Hong Kong's West Kowloon district, developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP). It is part of SHKP's larger strategy to capitalize on the synergy between arts and finance in the West Kowloon Cultural District. AST is newsworthy because JPMorgan Chase has signed a 10-year lease for approximately 250,000 sq ft of space, making them the anchor tenant of the 700,000 sq ft development.
