These warnings cite possible military activities and GPS interference in the eastern Pacific region. Furthermore, the abduction of Venezuelan President Maduro has raised concerns about a potential new influx of Venezuelan refugees into neighboring Central and South American countries, particularly Colombia and Peru, which already host large Venezuelan populations.
