Clear Water Bay

Clear Water Bay is a coastal area in Hong Kong known for its beaches and educational institutions. Recently, the area has been in the news due to two separate incidents. In one event, two individuals were injured, one seriously, after being struck by a boat at Little Palm Beach, located near Hang Hau Wing Lung Road. The incident occurred on a Saturday afternoon. In another tragic development, an 11-year-old student from Hong Kong Adventist Academy, a private Christian school situated in Sai Kung's Clear Water Bay, passed away from heatstroke during a weekend training run. The school has since activated its crisis management team to support its students. These events highlight safety concerns and the impact of extreme weather conditions in the Clear Water Bay vicinity.
