Khimki

Khimki is a city located in Russia, north of the capital, Moscow. It is part of the Moscow Oblast. Recently, Khimki has become newsworthy due to its proximity to the capital and its vulnerability to large-scale Ukrainian drone attacks. In a significant retaliatory strike by Ukraine, which involved nearly 600 drones across 14 Russian regions, Khimki was among the areas affected. Specifically, a woman was killed in her house in Khimki when it collapsed under rubble during the overnight assault.
