Lake Cargelligo

Lake Cargelligo is a small town in the central west of New South Wales, Australia, with a population of approximately 1,500. It has recently become the focus of intense media attention due to a triple murder that occurred there. On a recent Thursday, three people were killed and another wounded in shootings at two separate locations within the town. The suspect, Julian Ingram, is currently at large, prompting a large-scale manhunt by NSW police. Ingram was last seen driving out of Lake Cargelligo and is believed to be armed. Police are confident he is still alive and receiving assistance from people within the community. A $250,000 reward has been offered for information leading to his arrest. The investigation has widened, with police searching properties near Mount Hope, about 70km north of Lake Cargelligo, following an unconfirmed sighting. Ingram was on bail and had reported to local officers hours before the shootings.
