Lake Silver

Lake Silver is a private residential estate located in Ma On Shan, Hong Kong. It is managed by the MTR Corporation. Recently, Lake Silver has been in the news due to two separate incidents. First, a wild boar was sighted at the estate, resulting in injuries to three people. Police received reports of the boar at both the nearby Wu Kai Sha MTR station and within the Lake Silver housing complex. Second, a large section of the ceiling collapsed into the estate's indoor swimming pool. The owners' committee has expressed concern, and the MTR Corporation has launched a detailed investigation to determine the cause of the collapse. These incidents highlight concerns regarding safety and property management within the Lake Silver estate.
