Pawtucket

Pawtucket is a city in Rhode Island, approximately five miles north of Providence. It is the location of the Dennis M. Lynch Arena, where a deadly shooting occurred during a youth hockey game on February 16, 2026. The incident is newsworthy due to the tragic loss of life and the circumstances surrounding the event.
