Podkarpackie

A group of Polish tourists, originating from the Podkarpackie region of Poland, were involved in a tragic bus accident in Hungary. The bus, carrying pilgrims returning from Bosnia and Herzegovina, veered off the M3 motorway near Mezőkeresztes. The incident resulted in the deaths of 12 individuals and left others injured. Early reports indicate the driver may have fallen asleep at the wheel. The crash occurred early Sunday morning, approximately 140 km east of Budapest.
