Separately, in Bolivia, a Bolivian Air Force C-130 cargo plane crashed near El Alto International Airport while carrying banknotes. Initial reports indicated at least 15 fatalities, later revised to at least 11. The Bolivian crash also resulted in damage to vehicles on a nearby highway.
