Israeli Supreme Court

Seventeen aid groups have petitioned the court after the Israeli government ordered 37 NGOs to halt operations in Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem unless they provide detailed data on Palestinian staff. The aid groups argue that this demand could trigger a humanitarian collapse. Separately, the court has been involved in legal appeals related to Palestinian evictions in East Jerusalem, specifically in the Batn al-Hawa neighborhood, where Palestinians face large-scale evictions.
