Survivors within NOA argue that without such an investigation, the full extent of the abuse and exploitation will remain unknown. This advocacy has led to recent developments, including complaints filed by three victims to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) regarding the Metropolitan police's handling of the allegations. These allegations against Al Fayed span decades, with over 400 claims of sexual misconduct, including rape and human trafficking, reported between 1977 and 2014.
