The NSN Development Team is a cycling organization. The team is currently in the news due to the tragic death of one of its young cyclists, 19-year-old Finlay Tarling. Tarling passed away following a serious accident during the eighth stage of the Tour of Portugal. This incident has cast a shadow over the cycling community and the team itself. His brother, Josh Tarling, a professional cyclist, is set to compete in the Tour of Spain shortly after Finlay's death, highlighting the profound impact of this loss on the cycling family.
