Ohio Organizing Collaborative

The Ohio Organizing Collaborative is an organization focused on voting rights and voter registration efforts in Ohio. Recently, the group gained significant attention when FBI agents conducted a raid on their offices, seizing phones and laptops. This action has raised concerns about potential crackdowns on voting rights groups, particularly in the lead-up to midterm elections. The FBI's search involved the collection of documents and computer files, according to a board member. The organization's involvement in supporting voter registration makes these events particularly relevant to ongoing discussions about election integrity and access to voting. The raid has brought the Ohio Organizing Collaborative into the national spotlight, highlighting its role in the state's political landscape and the broader context of election-related activities.
