According to recent reports, Cuba experienced its second total grid shutdown in less than a week, occurring on Saturday. This marks the seventh such incident in the past year and a half. The Ministry of Energy and Mines (Minem) has acknowledged the event and stated that protocols for restoration are being implemented.
