Damu Sherpa

Dawa Sherpa, a Nepali Sherpa guide also known as Hillary Dawa Sherpa, has been found alive on Mount Everest after disappearing for six days. He was last seen on May 29th near the "death zone" and failed to return to base camp with other climbing groups. His family had already begun funeral rituals, believing him to be deceased, when he was discovered crawling towards base camp. A clearing crew found him on Thursday.
