Derek Armstrong Chan

Derek Armstrong Chan is the Deputy Director of Operations for the Hong Kong Fire Services Department. He is currently newsworthy due to his involvement in the aftermath of a recent deadly fire at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po, Hong Kong.
