Edmund Wong Chun-sek

Edmund Wong Chun-sek, a former Hong Kong lawmaker and a manager at San Wui Commercial Society Secondary School, is currently in the news due to an incident involving the school's former principal. The principal was fired after swearing at security guards during a study trip to Singapore. Wong has confirmed that the Education Bureau is vetting a replacement for the principal, who has left the school at the start of the new academic year. He also stated that the school had initiated an investigation into the incident, though it was premature to determine disciplinary actions at that stage. Wong's role as a school manager highlights his involvement in the administrative and disciplinary processes of educational institutions in Hong Kong, making him a relevant figure in discussions surrounding school governance and conduct.
