Emilio Pérez Mora

Emilio Pérez Mora is a lawyer representing Ignacio Jordà, also known as Nacho Vidal, in his legal battles. He is currently newsworthy due to Vidal's recent sentencing in Valencia for trafficking 'pink cocaine'. Pérez Mora negotiated a plea deal with the prosecution, resulting in a three-year prison sentence for Vidal. Although Vidal was sentenced to prison, he will not serve time due to the agreement reached. Pérez Mora has also highlighted that Vidal was already undergoing treatment for substance abuse at the University of Cádiz (UCA) prior to the sentencing.
