Eric N. Vitaliano

Eric Nicholas Vitaliano is an American judge and politician. He was a member of the New York State Assembly and is a senior United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Vitaliano was nominated by President George W. Bush on October 6, 2005, to a seat vacated by Arthur Spatt. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on December 21, 2005, and received commission on January 19, 2006.
