Grace Mugabe

Grace Mugabe is the widow of the late former President of Zimbabwe, Robert Mugabe. While she is not directly involved in the current news, her youngest son, Bellarmine Chatunga Mugabe, is the focus of recent media attention. Bellarmine Mugabe, 28, has been arrested in South Africa and charged with attempted murder following a shooting incident on February 19th in Johannesburg where a 23-year-old man was allegedly shot in the back. He appeared in court alongside a co-accused, Tobias Tamirepi Matonhodze. Initial reports indicated the victim was a gardener at Mugabe's residence. Bellarmine Mugabe is due back in court for a bail hearing.
