Jean-Luc Brunel

Jean-Luc Brunel was a French modeling agent and a close associate of Jeffrey Epstein. He is alleged to have played a key role in Epstein's sex trafficking scheme by recruiting young girls, particularly from Latin America, through modeling agencies. Several women have come forward with accounts of Brunel offering them opportunities to travel to New York, which they now believe was part of Epstein's network. Brunel was arrested and imprisoned in France in connection with the Epstein case, but he died by suicide in his jail cell in February 2022. Despite his death, French prosecutors are continuing to investigate his involvement, including revisiting the earlier investigation into him. They are setting up a special team to analyze evidence that could implicate other French nationals in Epstein's crimes, highlighting the ongoing relevance of Brunel's actions and connections.
