Lucy Muteke

Lucy Muteke was tragically killed alongside her husband, prominent Zimbabwean businessman Wicknell Chivayo, and four others in a private helicopter crash. The incident occurred on a Wednesday evening in the Marondera rural area, approximately 70 kilometers east of Harare, the capital of Zimbabwe. All six individuals on board the aircraft perished in the crash. The news of their deaths was confirmed by family spokesperson Herbert Chivayo and reported by state broadcaster ZBC. While Wicknell Chivayo was a well-known figure due to his business dealings and political connections, Lucy Muteke's inclusion in the news is solely due to her unfortunate passing in this high-profile accident.
