Lydia Kay Griggsby

Lydia Kay Griggsby is a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. She is a former judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims and chief counsel for privacy and information policy for the Senate Judiciary Committee. She is the first woman of color to serve as a judge on the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
