Pablo Echenique

Pablo Echenique is a former prominent figure in the Spanish political party Podemos, having served as its Secretary of Organization and as a Member of Parliament. He is currently newsworthy due to a trial concerning a tweet he posted in 2024 related to sexual abuse within the Catholic Church. The lawsuit was brought by Abogados Cristianos, a Christian lawyers association, who alleged the tweet constituted a hate crime.
