Peter Wright KC

Peter Wright KC is a King's Counsel barrister who played a role in the prosecution of Jamie Varley. Varley, a schoolteacher, was recently found guilty of the sexual abuse and murder of a 13-month-old adopted baby, Preston Davey. The trial, which lasted eight weeks, revealed that the baby had been subjected to routine ill-treatment, sexual abuse, and physical assault before his death, which was caused by acute upper airways obstruction.
