Raúl Ojeda

Raúl Ojeda is an Argentinian labor judge. He is newsworthy because he recently ruled to partially suspend the application of Argentina's labor reform law, officially known as the Law of Modernization Laboral, which was promoted by President Javier Milei and approved by Congress in February. Ojeda accepted a precautionary measure presented by the General Confederation of Labor (CGT), the country's largest labor union. His decision effectively halts 82 out of the law's 218 articles.
