Ricardo Trevilla

Ricardo Trevilla is the Defence Secretary of Mexico. He is newsworthy due to the recent surge in violence following the death of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, also known as "El Mencho," the leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel.
