Solange Tremblay

Solange Tremblay is a Quebecois Air Canada flight attendant who miraculously survived a plane crash at LaGuardia Airport in New York. The CRJ-900 jet, operated by Jazz Aviation, collided with a fire truck upon landing. Tremblay was ejected from the aircraft, still strapped to her seat, and landed over 100 meters away. While the pilot and co-pilot, Antoine Forest and Mackenzie Gunther, were killed in the collision, Tremblay survived, though she sustained multiple fractures to one leg and requires surgery. Her survival is being described as a "complete miracle" by her daughter, Sarah Lepine.
