Mexico City breaks Guinness Record with giant football training session
Mexico City broke the Guinness World Record for the largest football training session on Sunday. Approximately 9,500 participants gathered in the city's Zocalo square to practice football drills led by instructors. This event surpassed the previous record set in Seattle in June 2015, which involved just over 1,000 people. The record-breaking attempt took place as Mexico prepares to host the opening match of the FIFA World Cup in June. The massive training session transformed the city's main square into a large, open-air football training ground.
