Michael David McKee, an Illinois surgeon, pleaded not guilty in an Ohio courtroom to charges related to the December 30, 2025, murders of his ex-wife, Monique Tepe, and her husband, Dr. Spencer Tepe, in their Columbus home. McKee faces four counts of aggravated murder and one count of aggravated burglary with a firearm suppressor.
