The doctor, who has been in custody since November, faces charges related to offences against sexual autonomy. The investigation began after a mother reported suspected assault of her child. Prosecutors stated that the "four-eyes protocol," requiring two people present during child examinations, had not always been followed at the clinics. A regional court will now decide if the case proceeds to trial.
