Ukraine says missiles hit military plant deep inside Russia
Ukraine's military claims to have conducted a missile attack deep inside Russia, striking a drone and missile plant in Cheboksary, over 900km from the front lines. President Zelensky stated that FP-5 Flamingo cruise missiles were used in the overnight attack, which also reportedly injured three people. Additionally, Ukraine reported hitting a Russian oil refinery in Samara and an oil tanker in the Black Sea, as well as the occupied port of Mariupol. These actions come as Ukraine has intensified drone strikes on Russian facilities, which Kyiv considers legitimate targets to hinder Moscow's war effort. Russia's military stated it intercepted or shot down 326 Ukrainian drones overnight across various regions.
