El Govern y ERC, ante su última oportunidad

Oriol Junqueras, líder de ERC, forzó a Salvador Illa a retirar el proyecto de Presupuestos de Cataluña debido a la negativa del gobierno a ceder la gestión del IRPF. A pesar de esto, Junqueras evitó romper con el gobierno catalán, mostrando su intención de seguir negociando. Aunque busca avances hacia la "soberanía fiscal", la estrategia de Junqueras también se enfoca en ganar tiempo para ser amnistiado o indultado, permitiéndole presentarse como candidato a la Generalitat en las próximas elecciones. Fuentes de ERC sugieren que la retirada del Presupuesto forma parte de un acuerdo implícito para aprobarlo en unos meses y así mantener la legislatura con vida.
