Russian missiles strike Kyiv, triggering fires across the Ukrainian capital
Russian forces launched a missile attack on Kyiv early Tuesday, causing fires in multiple districts. The air alert lasted approximately 50 minutes, and no casualties were reported. According to officials, two storage areas in the Holosiivskyi district were struck and ignited. Kyiv's mayor stated that air defense systems were active and that the enemy was attacking with ballistic missiles. Drone debris also reportedly hit an open area in an eastern suburb, setting cars ablaze.
